What You’ll Be Doing

Be part of our client’s team as a Paralegal, where you’ll support attorneys by preparing and managing family law documents, coordinating court filings, maintaining case records, and ensuring every deadline is met. You’ll play a vital role in keeping cases moving efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Shift: Day shift (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Colombia time)

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of Family Law experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Texas family law procedures and court rules
  • Proficiency in e-filing systems and legal software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare family law pleadings, including divorce petitions, decrees, motions, and discovery documents
  • Prepare and review legal documents such as deeds, QDROs, and correspondence
  • Handle accurate and timely e-filing in state courts
  • Manage attorney calendars, hearings, meetings, and depositions
  • Maintain case files and assist with trial preparation
  • Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
  • Perform general administrative duties and deadline management
